We provide end to end design and build solutions for either home or business owners on projects of all sizes, in any style suitable to your tastes and needs.
We aim to remove the stress and make the design and build process an enjoyable one.
Design Development
If design services are required, then the usual process includes an initial meeting where design parameters such as the following are discussed:
- Understanding your needs and ways you use the space
- Style and colour preferences - loves/likes/hates
- Required design details and elements
- Budgetary confines
- Key measurements
To proceed, an initial Design Fee applies to begin collating all key aspects discussed to prepare the Project Proposal.
A Project Proposal brings together the custom project and presents a colourised initial design with project goals, spatial planning, finer details, colour palette and floorplans (and 3D sketch/renders) for approval.
A follow up meeting allows for ample discussion on any amendments before proceeding to an Estimate Proposal.
Estimate Proposal
The proposal at this stage is presented with completed designs and costs for your Project. This includes:
- Updated Design Spatial Planning Floorplan
- 3D Rendering
- Confirmed Colour Selections
- Schedule of Finishes and Inclusions
- Cost Proposal
We collaborate with our trusted suppliers and contractors to prepare the best possible outcome balancing aesthetics, quality, timing and value for money. This is the heart of what we do, our greater team is integral to a our non-compromise on craftsmanship and committing to seamless design to build process.
On approval we take an Project Implementation deposit and proceed to Project Plan Phase.

Your Project then proceeds to Implementation phase "Project Management Plan". Here we begin to start on the construction works which includes;

The Build
- Item procurement - all pieces ordered, tracked, shipped and delivered for installation
- Build Co-ordination and management of all trades
- Quality control
A final walk-through inspection with us both is then completed to address any last minute issues.
